Thanjavur Partners Thank Epson For Resolving Service Issues

Thanjavur, Aug 19: Channel partners in Thanjavur have thanked the global printing leader Epson for resolving their post-sales service issues. After Channel Times escalated the issue with the vendor, Epson responded with immediate action.

In a statement, Arul Arokkiyaraj, former secretary of the association and owner of Opal computers, said, “We thank the Epson’s management and service team for reacting quickly to our grievances and as far as my knowledge, issues of other dealers have also been resolved and we have confirmed with the end-customer also.” He also thanked Channel Times for bridging between the channel and the vendors.
