Ingram Micro Partners LearnQuest For Apple Authorized Training

Authorized Training

To expand global training portfolio, Ingram Micro announced an agreement with LearnQuest, an Apple authorized global training provider, whereby Ingram Micro’s advanced solutions organization can now provide channel partners worldwide access to individual, enterprise and technical training on Apple products and solutions.
“Continued training, education and enablement are critical factors to the success of our channel partners globally, ultimately providing tools to make them more valuable in the eyes of their customers and business partners,” said Greg Richey, director, Training and Professional Services, Ingram Micro.
“Apple is a key strategic vendor for us and a long-standing friend of the IT channel. Our new Apple Authorized training empowers channel partners to advance their knowledge of Apple products and solutions, while increasing customer adoption rates. This new training also enables them to better service and support Apple products and offer Apple Authorized training to their customers, adding more value and further differentiating their capabilities,” he added.
The strategic alliance with LearnQuest expands on Ingram Micro’s global training portfolio, which already includes authorized skills and certification training on many of the IT channel’s top vendors including Cisco, Citrix, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, IBM, Microsoft and VMware.
Available now, Ingram Micro’s Apple-authorized training from LearnQuest includes certified trainers using hands-on exercises and real world scenarios supporting skills investment on Apple technologies to prepare professionals and students for certification. Enterprise-focused courses cover iOS, macOS, and Technician Training for students preparing for the Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and the Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) Certification Exams. Final Cut Pro X and Logic Pro X for creative professionals are also part of the new training services offered by Ingram Micro.
“We look forward to working with Ingram Micro to provide Apple Authorized training to their large and growing global network of channel partners and customers,” said Dimitri Schneiberg, managing director, LearnQuest. “Apple Authorized training for development and deployment of iOS and macOS devices helps customers make the most of their Apple purchases, and our new agreement with Ingram Micro provides channel partners the ability to include Apple Training Credits when their customers purchase Apple products.”
