Seceon Appoints Modi Infosol As VAD For India
Massachusetts-based cyber security firm, Seceon, has appointed Delhi based Modi Infosol as a value-added distributor (VAD) for the India market.
The two companies have officially signed a distribution agreement for the India market to offer detection and prevention of varied kinds of cyber threats in real-time from outside and within the organization.
Modi Infosol (formerly known as Modi Peripherals) is a partner oriented IT solution provider that provides a range of IT products and expert services to create competitive advantage.
Seceon and Modi Infosol have partnered to develop new channels for the Seceon Open Threat Management (OTM) platform and the two solutions – aiSIEM and aiMSSP – built on the platform.
“India cybersecurity market is growing at a higher rate than global cybersecurity market rate primarily because of focus on digitization, government initiatives and also increased cyber attacks,” said Lalit Shinde, Head of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Seceon.
“Modi Infosol is a reputed and very well established value-added distributor with a very large channel across the Asia-Pacific region and working together we hope to bring the disruptive innovation in the cybersecurity market to this region for all organizations irrespective of their size. We are confident that this will be a huge success for the customers and the market in the region,” added Shinde.
Atul Modi, Director at Modi Infosol Private Limited said, “It is a proud moment for us to announce the partnership with Seceon. Enterprises today are struggling to put together a comprehensive security posture with the pace of growth and sophisticated threats with the point solutions.”
He further added, “The partnership will allow us to cement our business reputation further. We are confident that this partnership will be mutually beneficial.”
