Veeam Appoints Amarish Karnik As Channel Director For India, SAARC


Veeam has announced the appointment of Amarish Karnik as its Channel Director, India and SAARC. Amarish will play a strategic role to develop and expand Veeam’s channel footprint and cater to the growing need for Availability solutions in a digital-native environment.

Amarish will also spearhead critical partnerships with System Integrators, Cloud Service Provider and further expand distribution network across India and SAARC regions. He will report directly to Sandeep Bhambure, Vice President and Managing Director, Veeam India and SAARC.

Amarish brings to Veeam more than 15 years of experience in catering to the needs of a modern IT infrastructure. Prior to this appointment, Amarish has held various senior leadership roles to drive strategic and business growth across regions. Most recently, Amarish was the Director – General Business & Partners at Nutanix. Amarish has also held senior leadership roles at Citrix, Cisco Systems and Avaya Global Connect Ltd.
