Chennai: Coimbatore based distributor Bloom Computers recently conducted partner roadshows for Dell products in six markets in Tamil Nadu. The events were conducted in collaboration with the local associations of the city.
The six cities where the events were conducted includes Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Kanyakumari, Trichy and Kumbakonam. The events focused majorly on Dell consumer and SMB laptops and accessories.
According to S Karthikeyan, CEO, Bloom Computers, “The event gave an opportunity to know the pulse of our channel eco system in the places where we are distributing Dell products. We will also be conducting more events this financial year in the markets like Salem, Tirupur and Erode which were left unexplored in the last financial year.”
Through this roadshow, Bloom Computers reached out to over 350 channel partners. Technical training sessions were also organised along with orientation on sales USPs for certain products. The trainings were imparted directly by the official trainers from Dell. Other product-specialists also attended the event while Bloom Computers offered on-spot schemes for the participants in the event.
Bloom Computers’ Business strategy:
Bloom computers has devised a long-term strategy, whereby, one financial year will be dedicated to driving growth and the next financial year will be devoted for maintaining the growth which has been achieved. This way every alternate year will bring in growth and stability. However, starting this financial year, Bloom Computers will focus product-wise as for certain products, a new growth-strategy will be designed every year.
