Huawei India Announces New Channel Initiatives

Telecom giant Huawei India, reiterated its commitment and focus towards partners through its various initiatives and programs. The company recently organized its fourth edition of the SEA ‘Core Partner Convention 2016’ to demonstrate its focus on channel nourishment.

Over 300 delegates comprising of partner’s management from across key centers in India as well as Sri Lanka attended the Summit. Huawei utilized the conference as a platform to showcase Customer and Partner experiences to further reiterate efforts that Huawei puts to strengthen its partner ecosystem.

The company also felicitated its partners with gold and silver awards under ‘Delivery Excellence’, ‘Best Compliance on EHS & Quality’ and ‘Emerging Partners’ categories. Huawei Delivery & Services business group covers a huge work force of key partners with over 1400 teams across India. As a unique initiative, Huawei also recognized individual on-field heroes and awarded them with certificates of appreciation along with Honor 6 smartphones at the convention.

Huawei India announced initiatives for promoting its’ main stream suppliers in order to ensure Quality, EHS compliance and timely delivery. The Integrated Service Delivery Program (ISDP), a new platform for Huawei India’s partners serves as an end to end solution for partners to record their progress and apply resources more efficiently. The ISDP tool is application driven and provides cloud driven easy inventory management which leads to lower operating costs while facilitating ease of access.

To facilitate such training programs, Huawei has 5 labs across India in New Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Bangalore where we have trained over 1400 partner employees to develop their skills and instill the core values that makes Huawei a global ICT ladder.
