Bengaluru: Network security provider Ixia has launched a new initiative called Xcelerate Distribution Partner Program for channel partners. The company is also providing new pricing structure for reselling Ixia’s global product support to help drive revenue opportunities and greater profitability for partners.
The program aims to simplify and facilitate the process by which distributors, resellers, and integrators access and deliver Ixia’s network visibility, test and security solutions.
“We have focused approach towards our channel partners this year and beyond. The idea is to build and develop such relations, enable partners to become Ixia’s flag bearer within tier-1 and tier-2 Cities in India,” said Murali Ramalingam, Country Head-Sales, Ixia Technologies told Channeltimes.
“In line with our global mission, we are committed to provide our partners with greater profitability. Our new initiative, the Xcelerate Distribution Partner Program, aims to ‘simplify and facilitate the process by which distributors, resellers, and integrators access and deliver Ixia’s network visibility, test and security solutions’. The program also offers ordering, training and enablement, marketing and Ixia solution support,” he added.
Participation in the program is by invitation only as Ixia continues to expand its channel infrastructure by engaging premier distributors to streamline processes for resellers worldwide. This includes providing and streamlining ordering, training, and enablement, marketing, and product support for Ixia’s solutions.

The invitation to participate in Ixia’s Xcelerate Distribution program is extended to distributors in each region that deliver superior reseller support and carry technologies that are complementary to Ixia.
The program currently offers two levels; Distributor and Value Added Distributor (VAD). Value added distributors receive deeper discounts on Ixia’s solutions, coupled with the ability to access advanced Ixia services, such as pre-sales support, as well as regional stocking of Ixia products.
