Corsair, a manufacturer of memory and PC peripheral components, has announced the establishment of a 23-city network of service centers across the country. The centers will provide 10-year warranty support for the company s full range of memory solutions, USB drives and 5 years warranty for power supplies (PSUs).
According to the company, the service network will resolve a majority of warranty issues within 5 working days.
“The establishment of the nationwide service network sends a clear message to our sales channel partners and consumers that Corsair is taking a very strategic long-term position in the Indian market, commented Scott Thirlwell, director of sales for Asia.
“Our 10-year warranty on DRAM and USB drives is an industry first for India and demonstrates the faith we have in Corsair s product quality and reliability,” commented M. A. Mannan, country manager for Corsair India.
The service centers are operational in the following cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calicut, Chandigarh, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, Delhi, Guwahati, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Mumbai, Nagpur, Nashik, Patna, Pune, Secunderabad, Surat, Vijayawada, and Visakhapatnam.
The company has also appointed Kaizen Infoserve (formerly known as Kobian) as service representative for Corsair products throughout India. Kaizen was chosen because of its nationwide footprint and state-of-the-art online tracking system allowing customers to track product replacement status.
