Bengaluru, Oct. 14: The Consulate General of the Republic of Korea and KOTRA, the Korea Trade Investment promotion agency, recently celebrated the National foundation day of the Republic of Korea by opening a Korea Business Center in the city recently.
KOTRA is a South Korean government trade organization that helps to improve the mutual trade between India and Korea. KOTRA has more than 100 offices all over the world and the Bangalore Office will help the Indian and Korea business people to establish the business relationship between the two countries and improve the mutual trade.
The National Foundation Day celebrates the creation of the state of Gojoseon (ancient Korea) founded by Dangun Wanggeom in the 2333 BC. Trivikram Joshi BJP National Co-Convenor Industry Cell, M Maheswararao IAS, Commissioner for Industrial Development & Director Commerce & Industry and Kyungsoo Kim, Consulate General of Republic of Korea in Chennai, participated in the event.
