Apple, Foxxcon Join To Lower Price Of iPhones In India
Considering recent events and Tim Cook’s visit in India Apple indicates a massive increase in the scale of operations in the country. The company had applied for a single-brand license, and then in February it announced its plans to set up a tech development center in Hyderabad. Apple was reportedly in talks with real estate firm Tishman Speyer for a long-term lease of about 2.5 lakh sq. ft. of office space that is meant to accommodate 2,500 employees.
