Any mismatch between the rate of outgoing packets and the rate of incoming packets is relayed to upstream and downstream entities (clients or servers) to minimize packet loss and buffering.

Yes, our pricing is completely partner sensitive i.e. we will ensure that our partner margins are protected at all times. During the last month dollar fluctuations we have helped our partners with innovative schemes to address the same and maintain their profitability.
What kind of technical support do the customers get?
Array has a fully fledged TAC which is one of the few OEM’s to do so in India. Customers can avail of telephone, email and online support through our TAC in India. Further we have onsite support programs – direct and through our partners.
