Allied Telesis Signs Distribution Agreement With ADI

Bangalore, Nov 12: Allied Telesis, a provider of secure IP/Ethernet solutions has signed up a distributor agreement with wholesale distributor of security products, ADI Global Distribution – India.

The new agreement will offer customers with products from networking domain that directly address the need along with enhanced compliance and will stand out from the market environment.

Anil Mehra, Director at ADI Global Distribution. “There is a big shift from analog to IP in the surveillance market. We already have a fantastic portfolio of best in class global brands for cameras. We will be actively promoting the whole product range and we’re very confident that our SI base will be enthusiastic about sourcing professional networking solutions via ADI. ”

The market size is already getting close to USD1B in India. Allied Telesis has created a very strong brand presence in the IP surveillance market in the last half a decade with numerous sizeable deployments across vertical markets. Surveillance networks are complex and unlike pure data networks require very high design skillsets.

“The association with ADI is very strategic and we believe it will further enhance our footprint, as well as reach, in this fast growing IP security and surveillance market through its large base of SI partners pan India.” said Mr Subhasish Gupta, Country Manager, India and SAARC at Allied Telesis.

ADI will immediately begin marketing and selling all of the Allied products nationwide.
