__p After its acquisition of Powerware Corporation, Eaton Corporation has launched its first UPS system, Powerware 9121, in the country.
p____p The new UPS is a single-phase double-conversion online UPS meant for the entire South Asia region. With this new product, the vendor aims to address the telecom, healthcare and financial segments.
p____p The product comes in with input voltage range of 165 to 270 VAC with IGBT technology in 3 and 5 KVA and also has a LCD panel displaying multiple parameters for fast diagnosis. It also features online topology with advanced power isolation, among other features. The new system is available with a two-year warranty on the UPS and one-year on the battery.
p____p The MRP for the UPS without batteries are: PW 9121 – 2 kVA Rs 48,000; PW 9121 – 3 kVA Rs 66,000; PW 9121 – 5 kVA Rs 93,750; and PW 9121 – 6 kVA Rs 1,03,750.p__
