In a bid to tap the growing market for Remote Client Solutions (RCS) offerings in India, HP has launched an exclusive partner portal, RCS Partner Portal. HP’s RCS offerings include centralized computing resources such as blade PCs, blade workstations or servers in data centers. The RCS Partner Portal will help partners know everything about the company’s RCS products, services and post-sales support. This 24×7 and custom-made partner portal will allow HP partners to reach out to more customers in an efficient way.
Elaborating more on this portal, P. Raghuraman, Country Manager (Emerging Business), HP-PSG India, said, “The portal will enable partners access information relating to all HP products and services. With the help of this portal, the partners will find it easy to sell HP products.”
The RCS Partner Portal incorporates product catalogues, up-sell guides, training programmes, news, events, pricing (partners can view and download latest prices for all HP products), partner Programmes (keeps updated on latest HP partner programmes), Piper Configurator (used to configure HP commercial products online using configuration tools) and Enterprise Configurator (for configuring HP enterprise products).
Moreover, the RCS Elite Club allows partners share their experiences, real market scenarios, technology updates and success stories. The club helps in strengthening product specialization and solving partners’ issues. The RCS Elite Club comprises a representative from HP and a partner representative.
Adding more to it, the company has come up with a new Blade Runners Programme for the partners. The programme will allow partners fetch high incentives in the selling of Blade PCs.
