Last year the market scenario worldwide, including India, was not conducive for accelerated growth. As I mentioned earlier in Channel Times, 2013 can easily be defined as a tough year, dollar fluctuations to global slowdown to tax complexities, our industry has faced the brunt in more ways than one.
We are back on the road, but certainly not there yet. The need of the hour is innovative ideas and strategies. We at ISODA (Infotech Software Dealers’ Association) believe that we are only limited by our own bounds and though the risks are many, the opportunities are much more.
Going forward we need to look at ISODA as a platform for leadership, networking, deeper collaborations and pooled resources. We need to break the traditional shackles and reinvent ourselves, rise from the ashes like the phoenix to soar high and far towards prosperity. I invite all our members to ISODA Tech Summit 2014 to be a part of this flight of growth, collaborations, faith and new foundations.
This year, ISODA North is carrying the torch of organising the Tech Summit 2014 under the guidance of Tech Summit Committee Chairman – Mr. Ashok Kumar (Rah Infotech) along with his able team. The team feels that every year we should host this event in an international destination.
The objective is to enhance the collaboration among members over the course of the event, while providing an environment where members not only focus on business and opportunities but also have a break of sorts to gear up for the coming year.
The theme for the ISODA Tech Summit 2014 is the “Phoenix”. According to Greek mythology the Phoenix is a long-lived bird that is cyclically reborn or regenerated.I personally welcome every stakeholder in the Indian IT fraternity to participate in the mega event.
