Chennai: Infotech Software Dealers Association (ISODA) is set to conduct its flagship event TechSummit in Vietnam between February 16 and February 19, 2017. The event, in its seventh edition, is expected to offer immense opportunity for vendors to reach out to channel partners under one roof. Leading software dealers from India would participate in the three-day event.
Rajeev Mamidanna, Chairman of ISODA TechSummit 7 [and also the Association’s Vice President] said, “With the changing technology landscape, ISODA, as an association understands the need of its members and sets the platform for the adoption of this change. And with change comes the challenge of getting the right skillsets, as more organizations are re-aligning their teams and ramping up the business to exceed expectations.”
TechSummit has been that marquee platform of ISODA to help its members identify latest and relevant technologies, network with the technology vendors on how to ally with them and use each other’s strengths to ramp up business and take it to the next level and we are now in the seventh year. “This year, we are planning the event around topics such as digitization, IoT, mobility, advanced machine learning and analytics, among others,” he informed.
While the venue is new for most of the members, Mamidanna explained that the forum has chosen a wider range of solutions that are relevant in today’s time. Also, the summit is likely to have thought of exciting openings, stress on sponsors to speak about use cases and also to have better interaction between the sponsors and the members than ever. All partners are expected to appreciate and take a lot of inputs.
“We have a wider set of sponsors in terms of technology. Hence it will be beneficial for partners to look at allying with newer solutions providers. We have some exciting speakers who will touch upon the market conditions, whats good, whats bad and how to grow business overall. In addition, we are planning to have more interactive sessions between the members and the sponsors.”
According to Mamidanna, the response from potential sponsors has been really good. “We have already got multiple confirmations from sponsors and we have a healthy funnel of potential sponsors to get on board,” he said.
ISODA is inviting sponsorship from a varied set of technology providers. The solutions covered will be around data center technologies and cloud, advanced security, hyper-converged infrastructure, collaboration and more.
