K L Lalani Becomes The President Of CIITA

K L Lalani has been elected as the president of Confederation of Indian IT Associations (CIITA), an association which has representation in the eastern region.

The association has recently conducted an annual general body meeting and decided the new office bearers. K.L. Lalani of COMPASS will be the president, Arun Rungta of BITA will be the VP, Sushil Kumar of JCTA will be the VP, Arun Kumar Dey of ITAO will be the Secretary, Arun Jalan of COMPASS will be the Treasurer, Amitabh Vidyarthy of JITA will be the Joint. Secretary and Rajesh Rathi of ITDAS will be the Joint Treasurer.

Pawan Jajodia, Immediate Past President, COMPASS announced this yesterday. The members represent the states Assam, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Tripura & West Bengal. The tenure of the newly-elected members will be one year.
