The West Bengal government has allotted a 15-acre plot to IT company Cognizant Technologies Solutions (CTS) in New Town and waive the development fees for it. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) has reportedly charged the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), for extending undue favor to Wipro Ltd.
