Molex Launches Live Chat Feature On Customer Support Site

New Delhi, April 8: In an attempt to become more user friendly Molex Premise Networks (MPN) has introduced a live-chat feature on its customer support portal, through which a customer can contact a member of the global customer support team immediately.

This latest feature in the Customer Support Portal (CSP) means that it now is user-friendly with a web platform for self-service and remote support, providing anytime, anywhere access to expertise and self-help.

According to the company’s media release, this will enable the company to help with the queries and offer assistance as and when customer needs it.

Throughout registration on the CSP, the customer gains the ability to obtain your Business Partner (BP) certificates, submit and track warranty, training, and support tickets; get fast access to frequently asked questions, installation practices, and troubleshooting guides; download software updates, documents and user guides; and receive notifications about upcoming releases.
