Chennai: City-based CETAS, a company functioning in the enterprise business application space, today announced the launch of a mobile application for its project-centric business solution NAVBUILD, which is used in the construction industry.
The company believes that enhanced functionalities of the mobile application of NAVBUILD, which was released to the industry in 2014, would enhance automation levels for its customers. In addition, the company is also planning to release another mobile App which would help senior managers oversee projects better through the reporting features, thus enabling them to take more informed decisions.
Referring to the company’s expansion plans for the product, CETAS Founding Director, D. Kabilan said the company was looking to enroll more competent partners with a view to increasing market coverage. Towards this end, they plan to promote NAVBUILD on the Cloud in order to rope in small and medium enterprise clients.
He also said that IT adaption is already very high in Construction Industry as they use designing tools, project planning tools etc. Industry is now trying to go through a revamp with more technology aided innovation and it is now becoming very critical to get automation support to keep cost lows.
Speaking to Channel Times, Kabilan, said the tech adoption in construction industry will increase as the industry want solutions to be more agile towards technology advancement and statutory changes. There are also other factors such a solution that integrates the financial aspects of a project to enhance transparency as well as one that defines construction roadmaps.
