The West Bengal government has allotted a 15-acre plot to IT company Cognizant Technologies Solutions (CTS) in New Town and waive the development fees for it. State Education and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Partha Chatterjee said a plot of 50-acre was earlier allotted to real estate company Shapoorji Pallonji by WBHIDCO.
