PC Shipments In India Decline 2.2% In Q2 2016, HP Leads: IDC

PC shipments in India declined 2.2 per cent to 2.14 million units in the April-June quarter this year, research firm IDC said. The sales stood at 2.19 million units in the second quarter of last year. However, on a sequential basis, the shipments grew 7.2 per cent over the January-March quarter this year. “Consumer spending throughout the quarter remained lukewarm. Lenovo Laptops Hit By Critical Security Flaw

Lenovo laptops have once again exposed to critical security flaws. A serious hardware vulnerability, thought to be confined to UEFI drivers in Lenovo laptops, has been found in firmware running on its motherboards.
