Microsoft is setting up a cybersecurity center in New Delhi to arm governments and private agencies with all-round intelligence on cyber attacks within the country. F-Secure Labs has uncovered a strain of malware that appears to be targeting parties involved in the recently decided Philippines vs. China case regarding the two countries’ South China Sea dispute.
