DIGISOL Systems, a 100 percent subsidiary of Smartlink Network Systems, an Indian manufacturer of networking products is likely to have closer interaction with channel partners which includes one-on-one interaction and effective usage of social media.
In an exclusive interaction for Channel Times, Mandar Joshi, Head – Channel Business, said, “Digisol have well-conceived marketing strategies, coupled with a business framework that delivers value, quality and efficacy, which is instrumental to our success in the channel market. Integral to our business model, is a wide-spread marketing and distribution network that ensures deeper market penetration.”

He also said that this year the company will undertake events across India for their channel community, where they will be having one to one interaction with the channel partners. “We also actively participate in the trade shows, expos and more. Apart from these, we will also aggressively promote in-shop branding.” Joshi also said the company will regularly connect themselves with their partners who have been selling the products through regular marketing updates and marketing brochures. “Apart from them we will also conduct lot of training sessions. While advertising in print media remains a part of our promotion, we are very active on social media front on sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin and more”, he said.
The vendor has a major portion of its marketing funds for trainings and seminar which helps the Channel to understand these markets and be technically qualified for offering these solutions. “We invest considerably in training and empowering their channel partners to build their own technical expertise as well as enhance the Digisol brand positioning and visibility in the industry. Sound market knowledge and in-depth understanding is helping us to emerge as a front runner in delivering end-to-end products to customers covering a broad spectrum in SOHOs and SMEs,” he concluded.
Digisol is also manufacturing some key products such as wireless networking devices in India. ‘Made in India’ slogan is printed in bold on their packaging and with that the company believes they can leverage on that image.
