This year marked a particularly exciting chapter for the company, with stronger client engagement, cutting-edge innovations, and promising networking opportunities shaping their experience. With two impressive booths showcasing groundbreaking products, Mindstec reinforced its position as a leader in the industry. Below, we explore the key highlights from InfoComm 2024, delve into the newly launched products, and look ahead at Mindstec’s future plans.

 

  1. You have been a constant participant of Infocomm events, what was the experience this year? If you can highlight 3 key experiences for our readers?

Yes, we’ve consistently participated in InfoComm events, this is our 10th year , and this year was particularly exciting! Here are three key highlights from our experience:

  • Stronger Engagement: We saw a significant increase in engagement at our booth, with both existing clients and new prospects (end users) showing a great interest in our solutions.
  • Cutting-Edge Innovations: InfoComm 2024 was a platform to showcase not only our latest products but also to witness the rapid advancements across the industry. The energy around new technology was truly inspiring.
  • Valuable Networking: This year, we had more meaningful discussions with partners and collaborators, leading to exciting opportunities for future collaborations.

 

  1. How big was your booth, and how many booths were there for Mindstec?

– We had two booths of different sizes at the event—one was 13×12 meters, and the other was 3×13 meters. Both were positioned right next to each other, providing a seamless space to showcase our wide range of products and solutions.

 

  1. How many new products have you introduced this year? What are the USPs?

– This year, Mindstec is proud to unveil three groundbreaking products that are set to redefine industry standards:

  • MTC VR: Developed by MTC VR technologies to revolutionize control rooms by offering real-time data management and seamless collaboration within a virtual reality environment. MTCVR is powered by Polywall to manage operations from any location, providing unprecedented flexibility and control within the workspace.
  • Datapath Aetria: Aetria is an integrated solution for the design, management, and operation of control rooms of any size. It simplifies complex workflows, enhances operational efficiency, and serves as an indispensable tool in modern control environments, making it a must-have for organizations seeking to optimize control room operations.
  • Vizrt Virtual Studio Go: This innovative product elevates the art of storytelling by enabling presenters to integrate augmented reality (AR) graphics and virtual sets into their presentations. Vizrt Virtual Studio Go creates an engaging and immersive experience for audiences, transforming ordinary presentations into dynamic visual narratives.

 

 

  1. Could you also elaborate on these products – Datapath / T1v & MTC VR spaces – what was the customer feedback on these products and what are the USPs?

– Same as above

The overall customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Visitors were impressed by the cutting-edge technology we showcased, particularly the seamless integration and real-time capabilities of solutions like Datapath, T1V, and MTC VR Spaces. Our customers appreciated the focus on enhancing operational efficiency, collaboration, and control room management. Many noted how these solutions address the evolving needs of modern businesses, offering flexibility and remote access.

 

  1. It’s a great set up to meet existing clientele and establish an introduction to the new set, what has been the ratio over the years in Infocomm and what was the ratio this year?

– InfoComm has consistently been a great platform for engaging with both existing clients and new prospects. Each year, we’ve seen a steady increase in the ratio of new contacts, with this year being no exception. We received positive feedback and established new connections with many end users.

 

  1. What are the plans of Mindstec for the upcoming year? Any plans of including a new line of products? 

-For the upcoming year, Mindstec is focused on expanding our presence by opening new Experience Centers in metro cities across India. Currently, we have an Experience Center in Bangalore, but we’re excited to bring this immersive, hands-on environment to more locations.

 

  1. Where are you based originally? What are your plans to establish your business in other cities?

– Mindstec was originally established in Dubai, UAE, and we expanded to other countries including   India by opening our first office in Bangalore. Our presence now extends across the country. Our future plan is to open Experience Centers in major metro cities, allowing our existing clients to have hands-on experiences with our solutions while also attracting new clients.
