Bengaluru: Systems Integration and Consulting Firm Dhruv Technology Solutions Inc has acquired US-based Company Waikato Inc., an IT consulting firm which specializes in application development and business intelligence, data management services.
Waikato has been serving clients in healthcare, hi-tech and not-for-profit verticals around business intelligence, data management, application development and business process support. The company has offices in both the east coast as well as the west coast.
Dhruv Management confirmed the acquisition for an undisclosed amount. “With this acquisition, we are looking to strengthen our service portfolio as well as presence in the US market within healthcare, manufacturing, insurance and hi-tech verticals. We look forward to serving the existing
