Only Small Taxpayers Can Avail Quaterly Filings: Jaitley
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said that the quarterly filing of returns under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) was not workable for taxpayers above Rs 50 lakh turnover.
“For all tax payers it is not workable to have quarterly return because input tax credit has to be given every month,” Jaitley said in a letter to All India Congress Committee general secretary Digvijaya Singh. Read More

Cisco To Work With AP Govt To Promote Small Businesses In The State
IT networking major, Cisco Systems, will work with the government of Andhra Pradesh to promote small businesses in the state. This was agreed when Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, currently on a visit to the US, called on John Chambers, Executive Chairman and former CEO of Cisco Systems, on May 9. Acer-TAIT IT CUP 2017 Connects Channel Partners
The Mumbai-based Trade Association of Information Technology (TAIT), the premier association of IT companies, recently organised the Acer TAIT IT Cup 2017 for their partners, at the Khalsa College Ground, Matunga. The tournament was sponsored by Acer and supported with player’s kit by Acer and IDFC Bank.
