The first ASIRT Techday after Diwali was a huge celebration with ASIRT winning The Best IT Association award for technology transformation.
On the occasion, Ratnesh Mittal, head of India West Vodafone business services, spoke on how Vodafone wants to work closely with ASIRT to deliver enterprise telecom services to SME. With total telecom solutions they built on the ability of ASIRT members as change leaders working on technology transformation for customers, Mittal shared details on how Vodafone wants to engage with ASIRT members and align them with Vodafone to help emerging enterprises with revenues of Rs 10 to 2000 crore.
He spoke on how lower technology deployment cost along with convergence of technology has led this segment compete against giants using technology and without end customer having a clue or perception or bias on the size of service provider.
He looked forward to enable enterprises to grow their businesses far faster and compete effectively with giants with a promise of Vodafone to offer the same platform as they provide to large Indian and Global Enterprises partnering with ASIRT.
With faster turnaround time on feasibility report – almost real time, customer mapping through portal, he promised that the team will deliver customized solution schematic and support apart from Mobile Voice and Data, Wireline Voice and Data, Machine to Machine Communication, Conferencing and Collaboration, Application Mobility, Cloud and Hosted Services.
